Here you can find weird things and narratives of our travels from afar
When eating overseas (and in many places in the U.S.) you may get some interesting dishes. We have collected some weird menu items from across the world. One of the rules of the HABU World Tour is that you have to at least try some of the menu items. We always try the local specialty and usually find some great new food, even though it may be slightly unusual. These items are either unusual foods, unusual names, or some bad translation. One of the rules of eating overseas is that what you think you are ordering, usually has no resemblance to what you thought you were going to get. Usually what you get is outstanding, but is not anything close to what you were expecting. We can't recall ever having a bad meal in any of the places we have been.....except maybe that dung poo stuff, or the stew we got at a truck stop in speed bump Arizona. Each of the items comes from a real menu....we can't make this stuff up.
